# 票券與轉贈

## 如何設定票券？

* **入會禮**：將於會員線上註冊會員時自動發送，自動歸檔在票券匣中，可以**建立加入會員的誘因**
* **生日禮**：於每月 1 日發出，自動發送給當月的壽星會員，生日禮限定當月使用，自動歸檔在票券匣中，每年一次發送一次，**再行銷必做的 call 客票券類型**
* **紅利點數兌換券**：會員可自行在會員專區/紅利點數，依據自己的額度進行兌換。
* **一般票券**：提供給商家自由設定的票券類型，好友券、折價券、禮品券等，可以自由彈性設定！

## 檢視會員持有票券

在 `會員護照` 中找到票券清單，就在會員護照的右側。點擊「票券紀錄」就可以查看。點擊出會員護照後，右側會有『票券紀錄』，其中可以看到會員目前持有的票券數量。

而點擊票券後，就可以看到「核銷」跟「收回」兩個按鈕。

### 人工發出票券

你可以透過「發送票券」指定會員發出。

### **人工核銷與收回票券** <a href="#h_34ca7a8496" id="h_34ca7a8496"></a>

* 核銷：當會員使用或進行兌換後，可透過此票券核銷作為紀錄
* 收回：當有錯誤發送或票券數量要進行調整時，可透過此功能進行調節

1.核銷、收回是不可逆的操作。若有錯誤則需要透過 票券發送 重新發送！\
2.透過此流程發出、核銷的票券將不會被計入營收與業績計算。

## 建議：結帳時核銷票券

透過 結帳 操作：客人預約消費服務的結帳，就能直接核銷票券。

每張票券上也能在 [票券管理](/hungerapp/setup4phone/hui-yuan-ying-yong/vouchermgt.md) 設定額外業績的計算，核銷後也能計算『額外業績』（虛業績）

## 票券轉贈

1. 可以指定電話號碼後贈送。
2. 商家可以限定哪些票券可以轉贈，哪些不行。
