# 認識預約訂單

## **店內/線下預約管理** <a href="#h_d811f312d0" id="h_d811f312d0"></a>

不開放線上預約？沒關係，我們支援人工建立預約，你可以拋棄你的筆記本跟便條紙，將每一位客人的預約紀錄到系統中，我們將會進行歸檔和整理，讓會員跟預約資料整合，輕鬆做到熟客管理。

### **觀念1：來店就要建立訂單，不只是預約而已**

只要有來店消費，建議都要建立 訂單，紀錄來店的日期、時間和服務內容等其他資訊。

### **觀念2 ： 落實報到 和 結帳**

訂單要落實紀錄 『報到』、『取消』、『NoShow』，訂單完成後要做結帳，結帳是為了紀錄消費累積，才能收集精準的消費數據，納入會員護照中。

* 報到：將會納入出席率的計算
* 取消：將不納入計算，但過多會影響整體會員評分
* NoShow：爽約客是對美業夥伴最不好的顧客，此類顧客將會被大幅降低評分！

* 粉紅色：訂單處於等待狀態
* 藍綠色：訂單已經報到
* 灰色：訂單為爽約（這是最糟糕的情況）
* 黃色：多則訂單堆疊，點擊後可以展開所有清單。
* 藍綠色旁邊帶實心線條：已報到且完成結帳

* 尚未報到：客人尚未到來
* 已報到：客人已到店
* NoShow：客人爽約，已預約卻未出現

## **訂單內容** <a href="#h_e09fcd91d0" id="h_e09fcd91d0"></a>

你可在訂單中查看顧客、預約的資訊，並進行管理。

1. 預約的顧客資料：點擊後可以開啟會員護照查看顧客資訊
2. 報到管理：可針對訂單狀態進行確認
3. 結帳、紀錄和評分：訂單必須處於『報到』或『NoShow』狀態下，才能進行進階的結帳、紀錄和評分。
4. 預約資料：可修改設計師和訂單細節。

在預約管理時，你可以幫客人進行 **報到** 或者 標示為 **NoShow；**&#x5728;報到後，也會開啟**評分**、**結帳**、和**記錄**功能。

你可以透過夯客上傳每次預約的圖片記錄，你也可以直接呼叫相機拍照。

#### C.評分 <a href="#h_3b4548561c" id="h_3b4548561c"></a>

你可以對客人此筆預約進行評分，此評分將會依據客人手機號碼進行歸檔，並計算出加權分數。
